I have found a new liking for a particular colour. A colour that covers the whole world. The Sky Blue! I started taking interest in photography and i found out this colour is involved in most my photos. Maybe my natural instinct, but nevertheless, photos get a different charm. Processing the coudy skies in Photoshop is the best part of all.

Now coming to the story behind this pic :
January is not supposed to be a hot and humid season. Go anywhere, pleasant weather is guaranteed. So, we decided to go to Ratnagiri. We started late on a friday night, and proably excited too much, we skipped the sleep on way to Ratnagiri.
Ratnagiri welcomed us with foggy roads and rusty red soil. We immediately set out for the beach. The sea was calling. One beach to another, we went on satiating our thirst for the scenery.
Then we reached a worst beach called Mandovi. Mondovi, which used to be a well known port in history, is now worth a bridge that goes in the Sea and few disrupted buildings resembling the ticket office/customs office.
I was tired of clicking the faces of friends and was looking for something different when I saw this crow sitting cosily in the lamp post. It was the first time when I saw a crow, or for that matter a bird, in a shadow. Because it was a shadow and the bird was a crow, i did not have to take any extra effort to make this a Sillhoutte type photography. :D
